Job title: Senior Accountant

Responsibilities: Prepare financial reporting for corporations and partnerships; prepare various income tax returns, gift and estate tax returns, quarterly/annual payroll filings and sales tax returns; prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, loss/income statements and cash flow statements; conduct research and review IRS tax guidelines and procedures; develop strategies to solve complex tax issues and respond to IRS audits.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in accounting or other closely related field, plus 2 years of related experience in public accounting in the United States.
